Penji Community Intake Form

Welcome to Penji!

Please submit one intake form per Community request. A Community generally corresponds to distinct support centers at the school (the Learning Center, the Engineering Advising Center, the Peer Mentoring Program, etc.).

This form usually takes about 30 minutes to complete and your progress will be saved automatically as you go. Once submitted, our team will begin setting up your Community and follow up with you on next steps.

P.S. Don't worry too much if you aren't sure on a question - you can skip if allowed or just take your best guess! Most settings can be changed in Penji after we build your Community.
