Don’t worry, our Penji Support team isn’t going anywhere! These tools are designed to help you get to the right answer faster, while still giving you the option to connect with our team whenever you need it.
Here’s a quick overview of the new additions:
When you type a question into the search bar, you’ll receive a summarized answer generated from relevant Help Center articles, along with the article used to create that answer. You’ll also still see the usual list of matching articles below.
You can now chat directly with an AI Agent that can answer questions and guide you to relevant Help Center articles. If you’d still prefer to connect with the friendly humans behind Penji Support, you can always ask to be redirected to our email support line and we’ll gladly help you out.
